What is the minimum guest count for Khadak Moments catering?
We cater for groups as intimate as 12 guests, and up to 30 guests on shorter notice. For events larger than 30 guests, please send your enquiry to [email protected] and our team will get in touch promptly.
Which areas of Dubai do you cater to?
We cater across Dubai, including private homes, offices, and event venues. Let us know your location when you enquire, and we'll confirm availability.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend enquiring at least two weeks ahead for private dinners, and three to four weeks ahead for larger events or peak dates such as Diwali, Christmas, and Ramadan.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Our menus can be adapted for vegetarian, Jain, and other dietary requirements. Just let us know your guests' needs when you enquire, or reach out directly to [email protected].
Do you provide service staff and equipment?
Our catering packages don't include service staff as standard, but we're happy to arrange this upon request. Any additional requirements will be confirmed as part of your tailored quote.
Do you offer live cooking stations?
Yes. Live stations are a wonderful addition to any gathering. Think a chaat counter, chai and bun maska, or kebabs fresh off the grill on a winter evening. We're happy to tailor the stations to your guests' preferences, provided the event is confirmed well in advance so our kitchen can prepare accordingly.
Do you serve alcohol or provide bartending services?
We don't, as Khadak is a non-licensed kitchen. We do offer a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails and house-fermented kombuchas for your guests to enjoy.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking, with the balance due on the day of the event.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
